With due respect I state that I am a student of second year of your institution. I could not attend college on 24th January, 2023 due to heavy downpour. The streets were waterlogged and no vehicle was available on the route. I was compelled to go back to home.

Therefore, I am requesting you to me leave of absence for that day. I hope my genuine request will be considered favourably.
