I am very glad to know that you are coming to Kolkata and have decided have stay here for a week. On those days you can visit the famous places to Kolkata. I am tying to give you a route plan of visit of some important places of Kolkata.

Among them Indian Museum, Zoo, Birla Planetorium, Science City, Nicco Park, Kali Temple of Dakshineswar, Kali temple of Kalighat, Birla Industrial and Technological Museum, Birla Temple, Shahid Minar, National Library are common places for the visitors, You can start from Indian Museum, From here you will visit Birla Planetorium, Victoria Memorial Hall, Academy of Fine Arts, Moharkuji, Nandan. You can see light and sound programme in Victoria Memorial Hall. Nandan, Rabindr Sadan Complex in the centre is J.L Nehru Children's Museum. You can see Maidan, Fort William on the same route, Science City, Nocco Park and Aquatica will be on the next day. Zoo and National Library on the other day. You can visit Kalighat on the same day. But Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Belumath will be visited on the other day.
